Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material. We may also notify the user who posted the content and provide them with an opportunity to submit a counter-notice.

Counter-Notification Process

If you believe that material removed or disabled due to a DMCA takedown notice was wrongly removed, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include:

Identification of the material that was removed and its prior location.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.
Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or the district in which your address is located) and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA complaint.
Your physical or electronic signature.

You may submit your counter-notification to the Copyright Agent listed above. If a valid counter-notification is received, we may restore the removed material unless the original complainant files a lawsuit against you within 10 business days.
